Regularly collect property management fees and other relevant expenses, and keep good records and summaries to ensure clear and transparent cash flows. 3. Assist in handling resident complaints or needs, provide quality service experiences, and enhance resident satisfaction. 4. Maintain public areas clean and tidy, ensure facilities are operating normally, and report any problems to the maintenance department in a timely manner. 5. Collaborate with property management companies to post and disseminate various notifications and announcements, ensuring information flows smoothly.
Requirements: 1. Have basic safety and protection knowledge and experience, and be able to handle common emergencies. 2. Familiar with basic financial operations, able to accurately complete billing and record-keeping work, and have a certain degree of numerical sensitivity. 3.
