The Solidarity Hong Kong Sports Foundation is currently recruiting suitable candidates to serve as project director (sports project). Our project director (sports project) will be based in Hong Kong and will work under the guidance of a senior project director/project manager.
Working range
The whole project manager, do front, middle and back planning and execution of this project; mainly responsible for special school sports plan and special education needs parent-child sports class project planning, coordination and execution. Including but not limited to the following work directly serving beneficiaries:
Design and implement special school sports plans and promote, film and coordinate the filming of each class's student achievement short films for children with special educational needs.
Contact the special school responsible teacher, if the school has any questions or comments on the plan, discuss and propose feasible solutions to establish a cooperative relationship
Purchase special school sports programs and special education needs parent-child sports class equipment
Responsible for the whole year and 10 sports classes of special schools and 12 community centers Partners, parents, students and coaches between liaison and administrative work. (such as following up with representatives of cooperative units on students’ classroom performance in special school sports programs and special education needs parent-child sports classes, recording students’ attendance rate, coordinating coaches, etc. Administrative work.)
Organize and manage project finances.
Responsible for writing project reports and regularly reporting project progress to donors.
Leadership Assistant coordinates various large-scale activities during the project, including but not limited to the inter-school graduation ceremony and other learning experiences.
Whole plan crisis evaluation and crisis response related work
Educational qualifications and relevant work experience requirements
Must hold a bachelor's degree, with social science-related subjects given priority
Two or more years of experience, with preference given to those with specific sports project management experience or social service experience

The day before New Year's Day and the day before the lunar New Year are extra days off for the company.
