<p><strong>Position Name: Customer Services Officer (I.O)</strong></p><p>Job Responsibilities</p><ul><li><p>Provide comprehensive assistance to passengers at the airport departure and arrival lobbies, including guidance, query and handling of emergencies</p></li><li><p>Assist passengers with relevant procedures to ensure they smoothly complete the entry and exit process</p></li><li><p>Coordinate and communicate with different departments of the airport to improve service efficiency and passenger satisfaction</p></li><li><p>Proficient in using Microsoft Office software for word processing and data reporting</p></li><li><p></p></li></ul><p> Work requirements</p><ul><li><p>Have secondary seven education or the fourth level of the Hong Kong Qualifications Framework, and have at least two years of relevant work experience; or hold a Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education (DSE) and have at least four years of work experience; or be a recent university graduate</p></li><li><p>Have at least 3 years or more of airport-related work experience</p></li><li><p>Good Cantonese ability, understand general Mandarin, good English ability</p></li><li><p>Able to read and write Chinese and English</p></li><li><p>Applicants with airport or airline operational work experience will be given priority</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with Microsoft Office operations</p></li><li><p>Can adapt to shift work schedule</p></li></ul><p><br>Benefits</p><ul><li><p>Monthly total salary is about HKD$20,000+ , including base salary, attendance bonus, and on-duty allowance</p></li><li><p>Working hours are from 6:45 am to 7:15 pm, or from 6:45 pm to 7:15 am, working 12.5 hours a day (including 1 hour for meals)</p></li><li><p>Working 3 to 4 days per week, using a shift and rotating schedule</p></li><li><p>Enjoy "return 2 days off 2 days" rest arrangement</p></li></ul>
