Store Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Assist with follow-up and achieve monthly sales targets, keep good sales records of goods, replenish stock and do inventory, and ensure smooth operations

• Regularly inspect stores and departments, check the expiration date of goods, sample bag capacity and quality, and report problems to the on-duty supervisor

• Provide excellent customer service, patiently answering inquiries and handling customer complaints to enhance the customer experience

• Handle cash register work to ensure accurate transactions, prevent losses, and customer satisfaction

• Maintain store cleanliness and image, complete daily operations such as shelf display, replenishment, and safety checks

• Support sudden events and cooperate with company arrangements, flexibly respond to different stores and regional adjustments

Qualifications:

• Unlimited, welcome college students

• Applicants with retail/fast fashion/supermarket work experience are preferred, familiar with retail store operations and product display

• Familiar with computer and office software operations, with good analytical skills

• Have excellent customer service, communication and coordination skills, strong team spirit, and high execution ability

• Sincere, polite, proactive, and responsible, able to flexibly cooperate with the company's business arrangements, and recognizing the company's culture and values

• Fluent Cantonese, basic English and Mandarin, able to read and write Chinese and English

• Long-term part-time (at least 3 months or more), able to accept shift work retail hours and weekend work
