Job Description
<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Follow up and handle enquiries and complaints with good communication skills and professional manner</li><li>Coordinate and respond to inquiries or cases raised by the Consumer Council</li><li>Ensure that all operations procedures are in compliance with the regulatory and company’s requirements</li><li>Provide administrative and operation support to the team</li><li>Perform other ad hoc assignments as required</li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Diploma or above</li><li>Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in beauty/medical industry is preferred</li><li>Experienced in handling complaints is a must</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft office applications (Word and Excel) and Chinese Word Processing</li><li>Detail-minded, responsible, proactive and able to work independently</li><li>Good team player with effective communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Responsible, hardworking, able to multi-task to meet tight schedule</li><li>Immediate available is highly preferred</li></ul>
