Trainee Manager(Provisional Store Manager)

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the daily operation and management of the restaurant, ensuring smooth floor operations

• Assist in receiving guests and providing high-quality services

• Assist in training and guiding employees to improve the overall service level of the team

Requirements:

• žHave three or more years of Chinese food or hotel-related work experience (with cash register experience is better)

• Responsibility, proactive attitude

• žHave good customer service attitude and interpersonal communication skills

• žFamiliar with general computer software and POS system operations

Full-time work schedule:

Shift work is required

Working 6 days a week, 9.25 hours a day, rotating

10:00 am to 11:00 pm (including 45 minutes for meals/rest)

Entry Requirements:

Secondary school education; 3 years of experience
