Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for daily accounting and bookkeeping, including accounts receivable and payable, general ledger recording, and monthly closing operations.
Prepare financial statements such as the balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statement, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
Assist in completing tax declaration work, including calculation and document preparation of income tax, value-added tax and other relevant taxes.
Regularly perform account reconciliation and adjustment to ensure accurate accounting, and provide information to meet the internal or external audit requirements.
Support the maintenance and optimization of financial systems, improve accounting processing efficiency and data integrity.

Work requirements

Hold a college degree in accounting, finance or related fields, with basic accounting knowledge and financial concepts.
Familiarity with Hong Kong financial reporting standards (HKFRS) and local tax regulations is preferred.
Have good computer skills, be able to use Excel and common accounting software (such as QuickBooks, Kingdee or Yonex) fluently
Work carefully, take strong responsibility, have good communication skills and team spirit.
Applicants with 1 to 3 years of accounting-related work experience are preferred, but fresh graduates can also be considered.
