1. Product operation
- Responsible for product operation and management, familiar with related processes, handling the overall operation process of the product, including maintenance before and after, feedback business issues and assist in solving;
- Regularly organize and statistics business data, provide data support for internal product operations of the group;
- Establish and maintain good customer relationships, respond promptly to customer inquiries, needs and complaints, coordinate internal resources to solve customer problems, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collect customer feedback on products and services, organize and feed back to relevant departments, promote product optimization and service quality improvement.
3. Business assistance
- Participate in business process mapping and optimization, propose improvement suggestions, and improve business operating efficiency.
- Responsible for business data collection and analysis, providing data support for business decisions, and assisting business departments in market expansion and customer development work.
4. Other work
- Respond promptly to the temporary affairs assigned by the leader and ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently.
