Responsibilities:

l Responsible for the valuation and analysis of various assets such as corporate assets, equity, intangible assets, etc.

l Write professional asset evaluation reports and provide customers with reliable value references.

l Participate in due diligence, transaction structure design and risk assessment in M&A and restructuring projects.

lAssist the team in completing complex project data analysis and modeling work.

l maintain effective communication with customers and partners to ensure the smooth progress of evaluation work.

Requirements:

l have more than 10 years of experience in asset valuation, enterprise valuation, financial analysis or related fields.

l Familiar with the asset evaluation criteria and relevant regulations.

l Proficient in building financial models and using data analysis tools.

l Have good logical thinking and report writing skills.

l can effectively communicate in English and Mandarin.
