Job Responsibilities
Participate in the design and planning of product system architecture, assisting in clarifying the core architectural logic, module division, and data flow. Contribute to the discussion and optimization of architectural design proposals, providing foundational R&D support.
Engage in the optimization of software system architecture, assisting in the design of optimization strategies and conducting feasibility testing. Focus on R&D tasks that enhance system scalability, maintainability, and performance.
Deeply involve in the full software development lifecycle, assisting in requirement analysis and design reviews, and participating in coding, testing, and acceptance to ensure software quality and stability.
Research, design, and optimize algorithms related to digital signal processing, assisting in the implementation, debugging, and performance validation of algorithm code to meet project requirements.
Conduct requirement analysis, algorithm design, and feasibility assessment for projects, assisting in research and analysis, providing professional R&D recommendations, and compiling evaluation data.
Troubleshoot on-site technical issues, assisting R&D personnel in designing solutions, participating in solution testing and implementation, and documenting the technical logic and key points of issue resolution.
Write algorithm design documents, test reports, and architecture R&D documentation, focusing on technical details and operational procedures, and assisting in the standardization and archiving of R&D materials.
Qualifications
Master's degree or higher in Computer Science, Electronic Information, Automation, Software Engineering, or a related field, with solid R&D thinking, strong learning ability, and fundamental R&D literacy.
Familiarity with internet architecture, server fundamentals, or digital signal processing knowledge, with relevant R&D, course design, or internship experience; practical R&D experience is preferred.
Strong logical analysis capability to independently complete basic R&D and debugging tasks, assisting R&D personnel in advancing core development initiatives.
Proficiency in at least one programming language or algorithm tool, with good communication, collaboration, and execution skills. Passionate about R&D work and proactive in exploring new technologies and methods.
Meticulous and responsible, with strong accountability and a problem-solving mindset, capable of efficiently collaborating to complete various R&D tasks and promptly reporting technical issues encountered during R&D.
