Baker/ Pastry Chef Bread/Pastry Chef - $19K per month
Working 5 days per week
Location: 1/F, No. 10, Shoushowei Road, Tsim Sha Tsui
Position requirements:
-Make high-quality bread/pastries
-Maintain daily high standards of operation
-Monitor the kitchen's cleanliness and hygiene, follow the company's portion control and standards
-According to the instructions of senior team members, assist in handling temporary positions
Work requirements:
-Diploma or equivalent to a professional training certificate
-At least 1 year of experience as a bread/pastry chef or in a related field
-Preference will be given to those with experience in high-end restaurants
-Familiar with kitchen hygiene, creative and service awareness
-Punctuality, proactive attitude, and sense of responsibility -Fluent English, basic Cantonese

Responsibilities
-ensure the high quality of food production in kitchen
-Maintain the high standard of day-to-day operations
-Monitor the cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen and adhere to the portion controls and standards of the Company
-Assist with ad-hoc duties as assigned by senior team members
Requirements:
-Diploma or equivalent vocational training certificate
-At least 1 year culinary experience in western cuisine or related
-Experience working at fine dining restaurants preferred
-Well-versed in kitchen hygiene, creative and service-oriented
-A good team player with strong communication skills
-Punctual, highly motivated and responsible
-Fluent in English, Cantonese is preferable
