Completely responsible for the daily operation and management of the company's office, including space planning, equipment maintenance, document and file coordination, and administrative budget execution, to ensure a high-efficiency, safe and compliant office environment.
Coordinate various administrative affairs, covering meeting arrangements, travel coordination, supplier management, fixed asset registration and inventory, as well as cross-department administrative support and collaboration.
Handle external liaison and foreign affairs work, including government department communication, cooperation unit liaison, visiting reception, and preparation of foreign-related documents (such as visa assistance, official letter exchange), and implement relevant procedures in accordance with the company's compliance requirements.
Manage warehouse and logistics, responsible for inventory monitoring, in and out of stock registration, delivery scheduling, packaging inspection and logistics follow-up; at the same time, support order input, data verification and delivery invoice archiving, etc. back-end operations.
Provide stable administrative and logistics support to distributors, including data delivery, contract document delivery, activity material coordination, consultation reply and service record tracking, to enhance channel collaboration experience.
Work requirements
Have a bachelor's degree or above, administration, business management, public affairs or Relevant professional qualifications are preferred; those with permanent residency in Hong Kong are given priority, provided they can live and work long-term in Hong Kong.
At least five years of comprehensive administrative management work experience, familiar with Hong Kong local office regulations, labor regulations and basic tax knowledge; those with a background in multinational corporations or fast-moving consumer goods/direct selling industry are especially preferred.
Have warehouse management and basic logistics coordination experience, be able to operate commonly used ERP or inventory management systems fluently, and have data sensitivity and invoice verification ability.
Have good writing and speaking skills in Chinese and English, and be able to write letters, meeting minutes and external communication documents independently; Cantonese is the main working language, and those who are fluent in Mandarin are given extra points.
Have a high sense of responsibility and multi-tasking ability, be able to maintain attention to detail and organization in a fast-paced environment, and have experience and judgment in solving sudden administrative problems.
