1. Responsible for course teaching, provide high-quality knowledge transfer and teaching services to students, and promote their learning and growth.

2. Design appropriate course plans for students of different ages, learning abilities and interests, and adjust teaching strategies and teaching materials in a timely manner based on student feedback.

3. Establish good education communication, understand in a timely manner the feedback and opinions of parents and students on courses, and improve teaching quality in a timely manner.
