Full-time restaurant manager

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for the daily operation and management of the restaurant, including opening preparation, on-site command during business hours, and closing procedures. Ensure service quality and operating efficiency meet brand standards.

• Lead customer complaint handling and customer relationship maintenance, personally follow up on major complaints, analyze root causes and push for improvement measures; regularly follow up on important customers, improve satisfaction and loyalty.

• Strictly control financial key links: daily reconcile sales and system reports, supervise cash register settlement process, spare change use and cash safekeeping, ensure book and reality are consistent, zero short and overflow, and monthly analyze revenue achievement and cost structure changes.

Work requirements

• Have at least 3 years of practical experience in the food and beverage industry, with at least 1 year as a supervisor (such as restaurant supervisor, assistant manager), familiar with the operation mode of chain Chinese restaurants, high-end Western restaurants, Japanese cuisine or hot pot, etc. is preferred.

• Familiar with Hong Kong local labor laws, food safety regulations and fire safety standards, able to independently complete employee contract management, emergency event reporting and government inspections.

• Have basic financial concepts and data analysis skills, be able to interpret revenue statements, gross profit trends, and labor cost ratios, and propose executable improvement solutions based on this.

• Fluent in Cantonese communication, with basic English and Mandarin listening and speaking abilities, able to meet the needs of diverse customer groups and cross-departmental collaboration.

• Must be a permanent resident of Hong Kong
