Job Description

Responsibilities

• Provide support in daily operation including the development of customer loyalty programme features and excellent customer journey in using the loyalty programme

• Co-ordinate and execute the development of programme features and ensure the end to end process is well designed

• Manage daily operations of loyalty programme including redemption and membership management

• Maintain and enforce release processes including but not limited to Release Builds

• Create and update documentation for standard operating procedures

Requirements

• Diploma in Information Technology, Marketing or relevant disciplines

• Strong negotiation, presentation and interpersonal skills

• Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese

• Computer literacy in Web Analytic, eCommerce platform, Oracle, and Microsoft Office is preferrable
