Market Manager_Fintech direction/Hong Kong

Position expectations:

Core Responsibilities:

A. Advertising placement and data optimization (50%)

1. Lead SEM, information flow, app store, iOS/Android APP, etc. paid channel placement, with ROI as the core to optimize account strategy.

2. Build a multi-dimensional data analysis model (day/week/month/quarter/year), dynamically adjust budget allocation and bidding strategy.

3. Output high-conversion rate promotion materials (images, videos, landing pages), and quickly iterate with the design team.

II. Channel expansion and business cooperation (50%)

1. Resource exploration

Expand traffic exchange resources (media, tool-type portal apps, KOLs, etc.)

Develop external cooperation channels (business development, new media cooperation, etc.)

2. Collaborative management

Responsible for online channel traffic monitoring, output analysis and optimization, operating high-quality channels and eliminating low-efficiency channels.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Finance, Business Administration, Advertising, etc.; those with CFD industry experience will be given priority;

2. Have good organizational communication and coordination skills, execution ability, team cooperation ability, attention to detail, strong stress resistance ability;

3. More than 3 years of internet financial channel expansion experience, familiar with channel payment promotion;

4. Familiar with online and mobile planning and promotion.
