Job Description
Job Responsibilities
  • Responsible for coordinating and supervising the daily operation of the company's food and beverage brands to ensure that each store provides consistent and high-quality services and products.
  • Develop and implement operational standard procedures (SOP), including food safety, sanitation management, customer service, and employee operation guidelines.
  • Analyze store operation data, evaluate performance, propose improvement suggestions and push for execution to enhance overall efficiency and profitability.
  • Coordinate cross-departmental collaboration, including market promotion, procurement, human resources and financial units, to ensure smooth achievement of business objectives.

Work requirements
  • Have more than three years of restaurant industry management experience, those with a background in chain restaurants or corporate brand management are preferred.
  • Familiar with the operation mode of the catering industry, including front-line service, kitchen management, cost control and personnel scheduling, etc. various links.
  • Have good data analysis skills, and be able to use sales reports, cost reports, etc. to formulate operating strategies.
  • Have excellent communication and coordination skills and leadership ability, and be able to effectively lead the team to achieve performance targets.
  • Those with food safety-related certifications or who have completed designated training courses will be given priority.
