Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for coordinating and supervising the daily operation of the company's food and beverage brands to ensure that each store provides consistent and high-quality services and products.
Develop and implement operational standard procedures (SOP), including food safety, sanitation management, customer service, and employee operation guidelines.
Analyze store operation data, evaluate performance, propose improvement suggestions and push for execution to enhance overall efficiency and profitability.
Coordinate cross-departmental collaboration, including market promotion, procurement, human resources and financial units, to ensure smooth achievement of business objectives.

Work requirements

Have more than three years of restaurant industry management experience, those with a background in chain restaurants or corporate brand management are preferred.
Familiar with the operation mode of the catering industry, including front-line service, kitchen management, cost control and personnel scheduling, etc. various links.
Have good data analysis skills, and be able to use sales reports, cost reports, etc. to formulate operating strategies.
Have excellent communication and coordination skills and leadership ability, and be able to effectively lead the team to achieve performance targets.
Those with food safety-related certifications or who have completed designated training courses will be given priority.
