Systems Analyst , Business Analyst ( Oracle E-Business Suite)

JOB SPECIFICATION

• To support AA project manager to implement and deliver IT solutions

• To perform user requirement study, system analysis and solution design

• To study, refine and implement Corporate Workflow opportunities to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the process

• To help business growth by exploring and studying IT opportunities in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), airport billing operation and workflow initiatives.

• To manage vendors, business partners and contractors to deliver the IT solutions within the project timeline and cost, and ensure the quality of the deliverables

• To lead the support team providing support and maintenance to Corporate IT systems

• To conduct research and feasibility studies

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Tertiary education in Computer Science / Information Technology I Information Systems / Systems Engineering or a related discipline

• Professional certification in Software Development/ Scrum Master/ Project Management is preferred

• Minimum of 5 years' relevant experience in system support and development

• Experience in requirement study, system analysis and design, system rollout, and system support

• Experience in Oracle E-Business Suite and Oracle Procurement Cloud

• Experience in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and Oracle Service-Oriented Architecture

• Experience in ServiceNow workflow process implementation, SharePoint, JavaEE, Oracle Database, Microsoft SQL Server, System Development Life Cycle, Agile Methodology and vendor management.

• Knowledge in airport operation and financial processes is an advantage

• Strong business sense, good analytical and problem-solving skill

• Ability to assume a technical / consultant leadership role

• Self-motivated, able to work under pressure independently and as a team, with good multitasking skills

• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese; good command of Putonghua is an added advantage
