Bank Customer Manager (Mandarin) - Holding IIQE, HKSI, HKIB

We are currently seeking proactive, customer-focused professionals to join our retail banking team, serving asMandarin-speaking customer relationship manager.
This position primarily serves Mandarin-speaking customers, providing them with comprehensive financial and banking product solutions to help them achieve their financial goals.

Main responsibilities

• Establish and maintain long-term customer relationships, enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Understand customer financial needs and recommend suitable Banking, insurance and investment products
• Through branch promotion and outreach activities to expand new customers
• Provide professional and personalized financial advice to help customers achieve their financial goals
• Ensure daily operations comply with bank policies and regulatory requirements
• Provide quality service to ensure an exceptional customer experience

Job Requirements

• University degree or above, withTwo years of retail banking or personal financial planning experience
• WithInsurance or investment product sales experience Priority will be given to those with
• Working or serving Mandarin-speaking customers at a mainland bank The more the merrier
• Preference will be given to those with the following qualifications:
  • IIQE (Insurance Intermediary Qualification Examination Paper 1, 2, 3)
  • HKSI (Paper 1, 7, 8 of the Securities Industry Examination)
  • MPF Intermediary Human Resources Qualifications
  • HKIB Certified Banker / Professional Banker Qualification
• Good communication and expression skills, able to use Mandarin and English Communication (understanding Cantonese is better)
• Proactive, mature and independent, customer-oriented and sales-driven
