Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for bank-related document restoration, document scanning and digitalization archiving work, ensuring clear images, complete data, and compliance with file storage and archiving standards.

• Perform daily administrative work, including data input, file classification and organization, printing, copying, and basic table creation.

• Assist the department with basic administrative support, simple internal document delivery and clerical coordination work.

• Follow the instructions to classify, upload and store electronic scan files to the designated system/folder, regularly back up data to ensure file security and traceability.

• In accordance with the team's operational needs, accurately complete various administrative, scanning and file processing-related temporary work assigned by the supervisor.

Working Hours Monday to Sunday (flip 4 days off 3 days/flip 5 days off 2 days) Overnight shift: 20:30 – 07:30 (next day)

• Monthly salary:HK$11,500 - 16,000+ Fixed night shift allowance: $100 per day

• Stable contract, simple entry process, and immediate employment is preferred
