Job Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned, responsible, and vigilant professional security guard to oversee the comprehensive security of a private independent house. As the core responsible person for property safety, you must ensure the absolute safety and tranquility of the owner, their family, and the property, demonstrating high professional standards and judgment.
Main responsibilities:
· Patrol and surveillance:Regularly conduct high-frequency, systematic foot and electronic patrols of the interior and exterior of the residence, the garden and the driveway, and be familiar with the operation of the closed-circuit television surveillance system.
· Entry and exit control:
· System operations and response:Proficient in operating and monitoring various security alarms and access control systems, and making rapid and accurate judgments and preliminary treatments for any alarms or abnormal situations.
· Event handling and professional reporting:Able to handle various sudden security events calmly and decisively, and write clear, detailed, and legally valuable written or electronic shift reports.
· Emergency response procedures:Familiar with fire alarms, first aid, illegal intrusion, etc. emergency situations standard operating procedures, can immediately activate emergency measures and effectively contact relevant departments.
· Prospective risk observation:Actively pay attention to any safety hazards or facility abnormalities within the property (such as fence damage, lighting failure), and report them in a timely manner to prevent accidents.
Requirements:
· Must conditions:
o Hold a valid Hong Kong "Security Officer Permit" (QAS license).
o At least 3 to 5 yearsResidential, high-end luxury homes or related fields of first-line security work experience.
o Absolutely good character, no criminal record, honest and reliable, with a high sense of responsibility and professional ethics.
o Good health and physical fitness, able to adapt to long periods of standing, patrolling and shift work.
o Must have excellent Mandarin communication skills ; Fluent Cantonese and basic English communication skills will be given priority.
o Able to work independently and self-disciplined, while also having good team communication awareness.
Prioritization:
o Have experience as a security guard for an independent house or large villa.
o Hold a valid first aid certificate or relevant safety training qualification.
o Able to use a computer to write reports and conduct basic communication skills.
