Customer Service CS

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for handling customer reservations through online and phone channels, accurately answering customer inquiries

• Proficient in operating beauty systems, performing appointment recording, data updating, and related administrative work

• Actively reply to customer messages on social media platforms, maintain good interaction and brand image

• Provide professional and polite customer service, build and maintain long-term stable customer relationships

Work requirements

• Have good writing and expression skills in Chinese, be able to write clearly and respond to customer messages

• Familiarity with computer operations, mastery of MS Word and Excel basic applications, Chinese typing speed reaching the general level

• 1 to 3 years of customer service or related industry experience, those with beauty industry experience are given priority

• Proficient in Cantonese, able to communicate fluently in Mandarin and basic English with customers

• Second 3 or above, sense of responsibility, patience and attention to detail, emphasis on service quality and team spirit
