Part Time Server

Responsibilities

• To prepare and set tables and waiter stations according to standard
• To support all service and bar staff in their service procedure
• To adhere to company service standards in all regards
• To support, encourage and assist junior servers
• To facilitate order taking and cash handling efficiently and accurately and process into POS station as well as relay these to service personnel or management
• To co-ordinate the timeliness of all food & beverage service
• To transport food to guests and to clear and return used utensils and equipment to steward area
• To support with transportation and relocation of equipment and furniture to ready event and club spaces
• To have good menu and product knowledge and to be able to confidently communicate this to subordinates, members and their guests
• To be well informed about the club, membership and its facilities
• To be knowledgeable of common allergies and dietary specifications and to be able to effectively facilitate communication between guests/members and culinary team
• Ad-hoc job as assigned by team leaders
