Branch Operation Officer - (Regularly listed financial company)

Job Responsibilities

• Assist branch managers in setting and achieving various business objectives, including loan performance, product sales and customer expansion indicators.

• Supervise daily operations, regularly inspect operating procedures, and improve service efficiency and quality control.

• Responsible for the training planning, daily guidance and performance evaluation of the employees under his/her supervision, promoting team professional growth and work motivation.

• Promote and sell bank financial products (such as personal loans, savings plans, etc.) , provide professional consultation and solutions to customers.

Work requirements

• Have secondary school diploma or equivalent academic qualifications, majoring in business, finance or related fields is preferred.

• At least 3 years of practical experience in the personal loan sector, of which at least 2 years must be in team supervision or management experience.

• Familiar with the operating mode of banks or financial institutions, with practical knowledge of credit review, risk assessment and compliance management.

• Have excellent communication skills and interpersonal interaction ability, and effectively coordinate the relationship between internal colleagues and external customers.

• Applicants who have previously participated in bank or financial product promotion activities will be given priority, with basic computer operating skills and proficiency in office software.
