Family office Hong Kong-China consultant (welcome high talent/exceptional talent/IANG/dependent; Mandarin preferred; can be permanent/extended)

Job Responsibilities

• Regularly track customer investment portfolio performance, provide performance reports and adjustment advice, and continuously optimize asset allocation strategies.
• Assist high net worth clients in planning cross-border financial affairs, including fund transfer, tax planning, and integration of financial resources between Hong Kong and the mainland.
• Handle various types of financial product consultation, transaction execution and follow-up services, ensure smooth processes and comply with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with legal, tax and trust professional teams to provide comprehensive wealth inheritance and family office solutions to customers.

Work requirements

• Bachelor's degree with a major in finance, accounting, business or related fields is preferred.
• Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin for communication, basic English listening, speaking, reading and writing abilities, and able to handle Chinese and English documents.
• Have a basic understanding of the Chinese mainland and Hong Kong financial markets, and be willing to actively learn about investment products, regulatory regulations and industry dynamics.
• Personal attention to detail and stability, with a high sense of responsibility and professional ethics, strictly confidential customer information and transaction details.
• Have excellent communication skills and customer service awareness, be able to build trust relationships and provide professional and reliable financial support.
