Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for the first comprehensive cleaning of newly renovated or newly built properties, including removing construction debris, dust, stains, etc.
Use professional cleaning tools and equipment to deep clean the floor, walls, doors and windows, bathroom, kitchen, etc.
For cement blocks, gels, paint spots, etc. stubborn dirt, carry out special treatment to ensure a clean and clean environment.
Clean up and inspect the quality after completion, ensure that it meets the customer acceptance standard, and do a good job of site cleaning and tool repositioning.

Work requirements

Age is generally below 65, healthy, able to adapt to physical labor, and free from serious chronic diseases.
Have basic cleaning knowledge, those who have experience in cleaning, housekeeping or related work are preferred.
Need to bring basic personal protective equipment (such as gloves, masks, etc.), and follow safety operating procedures.
Able to understand and follow work instructions in Cantonese or Mandarin, with basic communication skills.
