Job Description

Job Title: Course Consultant and Market Promotion Assistant
Job Responsibilities:

  • Sales and enrollment conversion: Actively respond to potential students' inquiries through WhatsApp and phone calls, provide professional course consultation and study planning advice, and efficiently convert potential customers (Lead) into formal students, continuously achieving monthly enrollment targets.

  • Student retention and relationship management: Regularly track students’ learning progress and achievements, proactively contact parents for "upgrade consultation" (such as advanced courses, one-on-one tutoring, exam training, etc.), and enhance course retention rate and willingness of old students to refer others.

  • Market activity execution: Participate in the planning and implementation of offline promotion activities, including free trial classes, educational lectures, campus flash mobs and community promotion, on-site reception, guidance and registration, and systematic collection of potential student information.

  • Data analysis and strategy support: Use Google Sheets to build and maintain a recruitment data tracking table, statistics on various channels (social media, events, referrals, etc.) Exposure, consultation, conversion rate, etc. key indicators, and regularly submit market feedback reports to the CEO to assist in optimizing course pricing, packaging and promotion strategies.


Work requirements:

  • Educational qualifications are not limited, marketing, communication, business management or related field graduates are preferred; no experience is required, fresh graduates with enthusiasm and learning power are welcome to join.

  • Have excellent two-way communication skills and persuasion skills, be able to naturally build trust, not afraid to face questions from parents or students, and good at handling concerns and objections with empathy.

  • Familiar with the operation logic and basic algorithms of Instagram and Threads platforms, with basic skills in writing copy, able to independently produce short content in line with brand personality; those with simple graphic editing (Canva) or short video editing (CapCut/Quik) experience are especially good.

  • Proficient in using Google Sheets for data organization and basic analysis (such as calculating conversion rates, ROI, source distribution, etc.), with emphasis on details and accuracy.

  • Results-oriented: driven by the core of achieving goals, sensitive to numbers, willing to take responsibility for enrollment results and actively review and improve.

  • Proactive and positive: do not wait for instructions, but be able to observe market changes and parent needs, and propose specific and feasible promotion ideas or service optimization suggestions.

  • Strong resilience: able to remain calm and coordinate resources quickly in the face of unexpected situations (such as parent complaints or last-minute adjustments to activities), turning challenges into opportunities to deepen trust.

  • Language skills: Fluent Cantonese (main communication language), basic English and Mandarin reading and conversational skills.

  • Legal work permit in Hong Kong: Accept applications from Hong Kong permanent residents, high talent pass, outstanding talent pass, IANG, dependents visa, and other compliant work permit holders.
