Job Responsibilities

Based on the customer's financial situation, risk tolerance, and investment goals, provide professional financial planning advice and asset allocation solutions.
Sales of various financial and investment products, including insurance, funds, trusts, and savings-type goods, to help customers achieve their wealth accumulation and capital preservation and appreciation goals.
Develop new customers and maintain existing customer relationships, regularly conduct financial check-ups and adjust plans, and enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Participate in business training and professional certification courses organized by the company, and continuously improve financial knowledge and sales skills.

Work requirements

College degree or above, finance, economics, business management and other related majors are especially good, and fresh graduates or career changers are welcome to join.
Highly interested in financial planning and products, with basic financial knowledge preferred.
Have good communication skills and service awareness, and be able to actively develop customers and establish long-term trust relationships.
Positive self-discipline, strong stress resistance, and a willingness to accept challenges and pursue financial freedom and professional achievements.
Those with insurance broker qualifications or other financial qualifications are given additional points, and those with no experience can receive complete training.
