Sports/Fitness Coach to help with Front Desk/Administrative and Sports Assistant

Job Summary

The Front Desk / Administrative Assistant supports the smooth day-to-day operations of iGym Gymnastics Academy by greeting students and parents, managing customer enquiries, assisting with classroom and camp information, and providing help to coaches and the team when needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in handling daily operations, includingopening and closing procedures

• Meet and greet students daily

• Take role call

• Handlecustomer enquiriesprofessionally and efficiently

• Provide information onclasses and camps

• Assist with thepurchase of stock and uniforms

• Support coaches with students as needed (e.g., helping manage transitions and day-to-day needs)

• Demonstrate flexibility by completingurgent, unplanned, ad hoc taskssuccessfully
