Renovation Cost Supervisor

Job Title: Construction Costing Supervisor<br><br>**Job Responsibilities:** <br>1. Responsible for the preparation of the budget and cost control of the decoration project, ensuring that the project is smoothly carried out within the budget. <br>2. Participate in the preparation of tender documents, including but not limited to quotation forms, technical proposals and related data organization and submission. <br>3. Conduct market research on the prices of decoration materials, formulate reasonable procurement plans and optimize cost structure. <br>4. Responsible for project delivery, approval of delivery orders.<br>5. Regularly follow up on project progress, analyze cost deviation reasons and propose improvement measures to maximize project benefits. <br><br>**Work requirements:** <br>1. Have five years of above construction industry related experience, familiar with the whole process of construction engineering and cost management regulations. <br>2. Proficient in the bidding process and related regulations, able to independently complete the compilation and submission of bidding documents. <br>3. Understand the preparation and verification of the raw material list, and have good data processing and analysis skills. <br>4. Familiar with common office software and professional cost estimation software<br>5. Have strong sense of responsibility and team spirit, and be able to complete multi-task processing under high pressure.<br>
