Duties:
1. Responsible for the full process of student academic supervision: including learning planning, process monitoring, regular analysis and summary feedback.
2. The system tracks students’ assignments, tests, and attendance data, and establishes and dynamically updates the《Student Growth File》.
3. Monitor students’ psychological and academic dynamics, provide academic support and Hong Kong life adaptation guidance.
4. Ensure efficient communication and timely response to student service group information, including urgent student issues that need to be addressed outside of working hours.
5. Regularly report progress to parents and maintain a high level of trust.
6. Collect and save students’ learning materials and counseling case examples.
7. Strictly follow the position process standard, independently complete the daily student service work, and collect students’ evaluation feedback on the teacher.
9. Plan or assist in the execution of member activities, enhance a sense of belonging, and create opportunities for performance transformation.
10. Build deep trust through high-quality services, actively drive course renewal and customer referrals, and complete designated performance indicators.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above from a well-known university in Hong Kong or overseas, those with a degree from one of the top five universities in Hong Kong or equivalent will be given priority.
3. Have good English skills, be able to read school emails, system notifications and academic materials without barriers, and fluent Cantonese is preferred.
4. Proficient in Office office software, especially Excel for data processing, analysis and report generation.
5. Have strong sense of responsibility and patience, be sensitive to numbers, have fast learning ability, pay attention to details, and be able to precisely manage every stage of students’ growth.
6. Good image and temperament, outgoing personality, excellent communication and coordination skills, and team spirit, able to communicate and coordinate resources clearly and systematically.
7. Clear and organized, able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and able to withstand a certain amount of work pressure, maintaining emotional stability and professional service.
8. Wholeheartedly love the education and training industry, and identify with the student-centered work philosophy. Be able to accept and respond to messages and handle problems in a timely manner (including non-working hours).
