1. Independently execute all-round human resources support work, covering recruitment, salary and benefits, employee relations and administrative collaboration, etc. core domains.
2. Accurately calculate monthly salaries and handle MPF registration, contribution, transfer and application for the whole process, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and internal audit standards.
3. Lead the recruitment process: including position requirement confirmation, recruitment ad writing and publication, initial interview scheduling, interview coordination and employee onboarding.
4. Maintain employee personnel files, regularly update information, contracts, and strictly abide by the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance to ensure data confidentiality and integrity.
5. Manage employee attendance system, holiday application and verification (including annual leave, sick leave, compassionate leave, marriage leave, etc.), co-ordinate employee activity planning, departmental administrative work, meeting minutes, file archiving and daily administrative support.
Work requirements
1. Hold a recognized Hong Kong advanced diploma, associate degree or above, majoring in human resources management, business administration or related fields, are preferred.
2. Have 1 to 3 years of full-time human resources experience, familiar with the Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, Minimum Wage Ordinance, MPF Ordinance and the latest guidance from the Labor Department.
3. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel formulas and Word document formatting), able to handle numbers independently

4. Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin, able to handle employee inquiries and cross-departmental collaboration clearly.
5. Careful and steady, sense of responsibility, good communication skills, multi-task processing ability and high level of confidentiality awareness; must be Hong Kong residents, meet the local employment qualifications.
