Responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing overall running of the Floor operations, including conduct training and exercise inventory control.

• Assist the superior to ensure that the operation is run efficiently so that it can give the guest the best service possible and attain the maximum guest satisfaction.

• To supervise the restaurant employees and assist them whenever possible
