Legal AI product model algorithm intern

<p><strong>Working location</strong>: Hong Kong University of Science and Technology</p><p><strong>Working hours</strong>: At least three days per week</p><p><strong>Duties include:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Participate in the training, optimization, and deployment of large language models (70B parameter level models) for legal AI products</p></li><li><p>Assist in the development and improvement of natural language processing algorithms for legal texts, covering long text review, optimization, return and generation, question answering system, etc.</p></li><li><p>Responsible for handling ultra-long text input and output, improving the model's understanding and generation ability of legal texts</p></li><li><p>Participate in the organization, cleaning and database design, maintenance and optimization of legal-related data, ensure data quality and efficient calling</p></li><li><p>Support model effect evaluation and performance monitoring, promote the actual application of models in legal business scenarios</p></li></ul><p><strong>Job Requirements</strong></p><ul><li><p>Master's degree or above</p></li><li><p>Have the ability to train large language models (such as 70B parameter models), familiar with the model training process and parameter tuning</p></li><li><p>Proficient in handling extremely long texts, able to effectively manage long text input and output as well as contextual associations</p></li><li><p>Have database design, maintenance and optimization skills, familiar with SQL and NoSQL databases</p></li><li><p>Proficient in Python and at least one deep learning framework (PyTorch, TensorFlow, etc.)</p></li><li><p>Have good algorithm foundation and programming skills, be able to independently complete model-related algorithm development and engineering implementation</p></li><li><p>Applicants with legal text processing experience or those with a certain understanding of the legal field are preferred</p></li><li><p>Have good communication skills and team spirit, and be able to adapt to a fast-paced R&D environment</p></li><li><p>Weekly at least three days of work, supporting Hong Kong office work</p></li></ul><p><strong></strong></p><ul><li><p>Participated in legal AI-related projects or published related papers</p></li><li><p>Familiar with LLM, RAG, Agent, etc., the latest technologies</p></li><li><p>Have actual model deployment and optimization experience</p></li><li><p>Have the ability to process Chinese and English legal texts</p></li></ul><p><strong>We provide</strong></p><ul><li><p>Sufficient GPU resources support model training</p></li><li><p>Participate in the development of cutting-edge legal AI products, and practice the application of large models in the legal field</p></li><li><p></p></li><li><p>Competitive internship salary and conversion opportunity</p></li></ul>
