Operation Coordinator (3-4 Days Work)

About this role:

We are seeking a responsible Operations Coordinator to support nighttime logistics operations. The role is responsible for handling urgent customer orders, coordinating shipment and transportation arrangements.

• Working Days: 3 - 4 days of work per week

• Working Hours: 20:00 - 08:00

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the key operations contact, responsible for receiving and processing customers' urgent orders via phone and email

• Arrange outbound shipments and transportation for urgent orders to ensure timely delivery

• Perform customs declaration procedures through the Tradelink system

• Carry out regular inventory cycle counts for the warehouse

• Ad hoc duty as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2 – 3 years of warehouse coordinator experience

• F.5 or above, degree holder will be an advantage

• Good common of written and spoken English & Chinese

• Experience in system usage (e.g. Tradelink) preferred

• Forklift license holder will be an advantage

• Responsible and able to work independently

• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle tasks promptly
