1. Lead the establishment and improvement of the company's Hong Kong insurance business compliance management system, develop compliance rules, processes and operating procedures that meet the requirements of the Hong Kong Insurance Ordinance and relevant regulations, and ensure that the business process is fully compliant and controllable.
2. Real-time tracking of Hong Kong insurance industry supervision dynamics (such as Insurance Regulatory Commission policies, Financial Stability Board relevant guidance, etc.), interpreting supervision requirements and converting them into internal execution standards, and timely pushing business adjustments to respond to supervision changes.
3. Lead insurance business compliance review work, covering product design, sales promotion, contract terms, customer service, etc. All stages issue compliance review opinions and prevent compliance risks.
4. Responsible for compliance risk identification and rectification, regularly organizing compliance audits and risk assessments, identifying compliance risks in business operations, formulating rectification plans and supervising their implementation; handling regulatory inquiries, complaints and compliance-related emergencies.
5. Build an internal compliance training system, conduct compliance training for Hong Kong insurance business team, sales team, etc., enhance the compliance awareness and professional ability of all employees; regularly report compliance to the company management and Hong Kong regulatory authorities.
6. Coordinate and communicate with Hong Kong's insurance industry regulatory authorities (such as the Hong Kong Insurance Authority), industry associations and external legal counsel to maintain good regulatory relations and ensure that the company's compliance work is recognized by the regulator.
Four. Job Requirements
1. Educational background: Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in law, finance, insurance, compliance, etc.; those who hold a Hong Kong legal qualification certificate, a Hong Kong insurance intermediary qualification certificate (such as IIQE relevant test paper passing certificate) or other Hong Kong financial supervision and regulation professional qualification are preferred.
2. Work experience: 8 years or above of Hong Kong insurance or financial industry compliance-related work experience, of which at least 3 years of compliance management experience; those with large financial groups, insurance companies or cross-border insurance business compliance management experience are preferred, those familiar with JD's ecosystem business are given extra points.
3. Professional skills: Proficient in the Hong Kong Insurance Ordinance, Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance and financial supervision-related laws and regulations, able to accurately interpret supervision policies and implement them; and able to independently build a compliance system and handle complex compliance risk events.
4. Comprehensive quality: Have excellent Chinese and English communication and expression and official writing skills (need to be familiar with writing Chinese and English compliance reports, system documents); have strong risk judgment, logical analysis and cross-departmental coordination abilities, strong stress resistance, and be able to adapt to the fast-paced work environment in Hong Kong.
5. Professional ethics: Strictly abide by professional ethics, have a high sense of responsibility and compliance awareness, and ensure that the company's business strictly complies with Hong Kong regulatory requirements.
