Travel Product Manager / Senior Travel Consultant - CRUISE HKD33,000 - 40,000

Responsibilities:

• Develop a detailed strategy to expand our cruise business and secure a leading position in the high-end market.
• Oversee all cruise and train products, including their presentation on websites and the travel reservation system.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote cruise and train offerings.
• Continuously review and analyze business volumes with suppliers, providing recommendations based on our business needs and the quality of their services to guide our business direction effectively.
• Cultivate and strengthen relationships with selected suppliers to enhance service quality and establish mutually beneficial partnerships, focusing on competitive rates, marketing support, and training/familiarization trips.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor's degree or higher in related fields is required.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience is essential. Prior experience working in a multinational corporation (MNC) is highly desirable.
• Proven experience in developing business strategies for high-end markets, preferably in the cruise or travel industry. (Extensive knowledge and experience in the cruise industry is must~!)
• Strong expertise in managing product portfolios, including content presentation on digital platforms such as websites and reservation systems.
• Proficiency in analyzing business volumes and supplier performance to provide actionable recommendations aligned with business needs.
• Demonstrated ability to establish and nurture supplier relationships, ensuring quality service, competitive rates, and mutual benefits through marketing support and training programs.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with the cruise and train industry is highly desirable.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to identify growth opportunities and drive business direction.
