9-hour assistant property management service supervision (night shift)

Job Responsibilities<br><ul><li>Assist the supervisor in managing the security team in the jurisdiction, rationally arrange personnel positions and shift schedules, and ensure the orderly operation of various security work. </li><li>Supervise the daily security work, including patrols, visitor registration, vehicle management, etc., to ensure that it meets the company's standards and customer requirements.</li><li>Handle sudden events in the jurisdiction, such as safety accidents, fires, theft or customer disputes, and take appropriate measures according to the emergency response program, and report to relevant departments if necessary.</li><li>Answer inquiries from residents, visitors or property management regarding security and management matters, provide professional, clear and polite responses, and enhance service quality.</li><li></li></ul><br>Work requirements<br><ul><li>Secondary school graduation or equivalent academic qualifications, those who hold a security training course certificate are given priority. </li><li>Have three or more years of experience as a security assistant supervisor or related management position, with property management industry experience being particularly desirable.</li><li>Have good communication and coordination skills, be able to effectively handle customer complaints, questions and interpersonal conflicts, and demonstrate a professional service attitude.</li><li>Familiar with basic crisis management and emergency response procedures, able to calmly judge and make immediate reactions in high-pressure environments.</li><li>Adapt to fixed night shifts (e.g. 10 p.m. to 7 a.m.), with high sense of responsibility, discipline, and team spirit.</li></ul>
