Job Responsibilities

• Expand and manage sales channels and partners through free contract form, build a stable cooperation network, and promote business growth.

• Develop a joint sales plan with partners, coordinate resources and complete customer acquisition processes together.

• Design and implement a referral and introduction mechanism to improve the quality of potential customer leads and overall closing efficiency.

• Proactively develop new customers, introduce products or services and conduct sales demonstrations, and discuss contract details with potential customers.

• Maintain existing customer relationships, provide basic pre-sales consultation and post-sales support, and coordinate internal departments to handle related needs.

Work requirements

• Familiar with channel development and management mode, those who have actual experience in collaborating with external partners are preferred.

• Have the skills to develop new customers and implement referral sales strategies, and be able to complete visits and follow-ups independently.

• Self-motivated to achieve sales targets, with good time management and performance-oriented work habits.

• I am passionate about sales work and willing to accept a commission-based compensation system based on results.
