Overseas E-commerce Operations Specialist

A. Core job responsibilities
1. Market analysis and strategy formulation
Research target overseas markets (such as North America, Europe, Southeast Asia, etc.) Consumer behavior, competitive product dynamics and e-commerce platform trends.
Develop annual/qtr marketing plans, including sales targets, budget allocation & promotion strategies.
2. E-commerce platform operation and management
Responsible for mainstream platforms (such asAmazon, eBay, Shopify, AliExpressetc.) daily operations of the store, including product listing, optimization, inventory synchronization, etc.
Optimize product pages (titles, descriptions, images, videos) to improve search rankings and conversion rates.
3. Digital Marketing and Advertising
Plan and execute on-site advertising (such as Amazon SP/SB/SD ads), Google ads, social media ads (Meta, TikTok, etc.).
Through SEO/SEM, affiliate marketing, influencer collaborations, etc., to enhance brand exposure and traffic.
4. Social media and content marketing
Operate brand overseas social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.), plan content calendars and interactive activities.
5. Data analysis and optimization
Monitor sales data, advertising ROI, traffic conversion, and other core indicators, and regularly output analysis reports.
Based on data, adjust marketing strategies, optimize advertising placement and product combinations.
6. Customer experience and reputation management
Manage product reviews, customer feedback, and maintain store ratings and brand reputation.
Survey customer needs and push for product improvement or service process optimization.
7. Cross-departmental collaboration
Collaborate with supply chain, product development, design team to ensure marketing activities are synchronized with inventory, new product launches.
Integrate logistics and payment third-party service providers to optimize cross-border fulfillment experiences.
II. Job Requirements
1. Hard skills
Language skills: Fluent in English (writing and speaking), familiar with a second language (such as German, Japanese, Spanish, etc.) is preferred.
Platform experience: Proficient in at least one mainstream overseas e-commerce platform (such as Amazon, Shopify) operation and advertising system.
Digital marketing skills: Familiar with Google Ads, Meta Ads placement tools, familiar with SEO, KOL marketing, etc.
Data analysis: Able to use Excel, Google Analytics, platform backend data tools for data analysis.
Basic skills: Proficient in using PS/Canva and other design tools, video editing tools are preferred.
2. Soft skills
Market sensitivity
Cross-cultural communication: Understand cultural differences in different markets and be able to localize brand information.
Results-oriented: Data-driven decision making with strong goal achievement awareness.
Learning and adaptability: E-commerce rules and algorithms update fast, need continuous learning and quick adjustment of strategies.
Stress resistance: Able to adapt to time zone work, peak season high-intensity tasks and multi-task parallel processing.
3. Education and experience background
Education qualifications: Bachelor's degree or above, marketing, international trade, e-commerce, foreign language-related majors are preferred.
Experience: Senior Specialist: More than 3 years of experience, with a successful case of independently responsible for a regional market or a bestseller.
