Job Title: Full-time Financial (1 position)
Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for the company's daily bookkeeping, accounting, invoice management, and bank reconciliation, etc. basic financial operations;

• Handle Hong Kong local income tax, salary tax and related tax declaration affairs, execute employee expenses Reimbursement audit and payment;

• Monthly compilation of financial statements, and data processing and preliminary analysis;

• Systematize the archiving and storage of accounting vouchers, tax application documents, bank statements, and other financial information to ensure compliance and traceability;

• Perform daily financial audits, including payment applications, contract payment terms verification, and internal process compliance checks;

• Cooperate with external auditors to complete annual audit work, prepare financial statements and explanations;

• Inventory count, and reconcile with upstream and downstream suppliers;

• Support senior management in carrying out special financial tasks, such as cross-departmental financial coordination, system upgrade testing or policy implementation, etc.

Work requirements

• Continuous 5 years of financial management work

• Preference will be given to those with qualifications;

• Proficient in mainstream financial software (such as A/CABSS/MYOB)

• Have good data processing and logical analysis skills, be able to independently complete report compilation and abnormal data verification;

• Cantonese and Mandarin fluency, basic English reading and writing ability;

• Applicants with experience in large-scale health, medical services or non-profit organization finance are especially welcome;

• Comply with the legal work qualifications in Hong Kong.

Language requirements:

Able to speak Mandarin, Cantonese and English fluently.
