Create, develop, and maintain detailed BIM models using software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, or ArchiCAD in alignment with architectural, structural, and MEP design requirements.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and project stakeholders to ensure model accuracy, clash detection resolution, and timely delivery of BIM deliverables.
Support design development and construction documentation by generating 2D drawings, schedules, annotations, and quantity take-offs directly from the BIM model.
Participate in BIM execution planning, model federation, and data exchange processes in compliance with local and project-specific BIM standards and protocols.
Assist in integrating modular construction principles into BIM workflows, particularly for prefabricated and off-site built housing solutions.
Requirements
Proficiency in BIM authoring tools (e.g., Revit, Navisworks) and basic understanding of IFC, COBie, and OpenBIM concepts.
Ability to communicate effectively in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin for cross-functional collaboration and client coordination.
No formal academic degree required; candidates with vocational training, self-taught expertise, or portfolio-based experience in BIM modeling are welcome.
Familiarity with Hong Kong building regulations, construction practices, and modular housing systems is advantageous but not mandatory.
Eligible to work in Hong Kong under one of the following: Hong Kong permanent resident status, Top Talent Pass Scheme, Quality Migrant Admission Scheme, IANG, Dependent Visa, or other valid employment authorization.
