Receptionist / Medical Beauty Clinic Receptionist

Responsible for front desk customer reception work, arranging customers for waiting and guiding them to take their seats.

Answer incoming calls to check, process customer reservations, changes and cancellations.

Assist with daily administrative and clerical work, including data input, file organization, etc.

Maintain good communication with customers and establish a professional and intimate service image.

Coordinate internal teams to support the daily operations of the clinic.

One or more years of reception work experience in a clinic or medical aesthetics industry.

Need to be familiar with B2B software operations and have basic computer application skills (such as Microsoft Office).

Attitude is polite and proactive, with good communication skills and telephone handling ability.

Have a team spirit, and be able to effectively handle multiple tasks in a busy environment.

Prioritization for immediate employment.
