Job Description

1. Wash dishes, bowls, pots, and cooking utensils, removing food debris and grease

2. Use dishwashing detergent, hot water, and a dishwasher to complete cleaning - rinsing - disinfecting - draining

3. Categorize and place clean dishes, supplies the front and back kitchens for use

4. Clean the dishwashing room, dispose of kitchen waste, and maintain the floor clean and tidy
