• Oversees the finance and accounting functions including daily cash flow management, monthly financial reporting, and forecasting / budgeting report to Directors

• Prepare daily & monthly FRR financial returns

• Prepare monthly / quarterly / yearly reports / financial statements to the parent company / regulatory bodies

• Carry out reconciliation activities for broker accounts and bank accounts. Opening and ongoing maintenance of bank accounts

• Liaise with auditors for audit and tax matters of the Hong Kong companies

• Assist in Group interim and annual audit

• Perform other ad hoc assignments and projects

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Accounting /Finance or equivalent

• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience. Less experience will be considered as Accountant.

• Immediately available would be an advantage
