Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for the installation, maintenance, inspection and repair of air conditioning and refrigeration systems in commercial buildings, office buildings and residential projects, ensuring safe and stable operation of the equipment;

• Execute on-site fault diagnosis, part replacement, system testing and performance tuning according to engineering instructions, and accurately fill in maintenance records and reports;

• Collaborate with the engineering team to participate in the acceptance testing and technical support of the new air conditioning system, and assist in completing project delivery;

• Regularly perform preventive maintenance (PM) services, including cleaning filter nets, inspecting refrigerant pressure, lubricating moving parts, and calibrating control elements;

• Comply with Hong Kong's Occupational Safety and Health Ordinance and relevant construction specifications, implement personal protective measures, and strictly enforce safety procedures when working at heights or in enclosed spaces.

Work requirements

• Have basic knowledge of air conditioning and refrigeration systems, familiar with common brands (such as Daikin, Mitsubishi, Trane, Carrier, etc.) Equipment structure and operation principle;

• No academic qualifications and seniority restrictions, welcome potential newcomers to join, the company provides on-the-job technical guidance and practical training;

• Able to speak fluent Cantonese, with basic English and Mandarin communication skills, able to read simple English technical documents and labels;

• Preference will be given to those with valid Hong Kong driving licenses (private car or light truck), who must be able to independently travel to and from different work locations;

• Need to cooperate with the employer to apply for a Hong Kong work visa, and after entry, you must meet the Immigration Department's eligibility requirements and stay arrangements for hired personnel.

Benefits

• Monthly salary range is HKD$21,000 to $32,000, evaluated based on technical skills, performance, and level of responsibility, with a competitive salary in the market;
