Clerk

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for following up and processing daily orders, ensuring that orders are accurately and error-free completed through various processes
• Answer incoming calls and provide basic telephone inquiry services, maintain good communication and response attitude
• Assist with administrative support work between departments, improve overall operating efficiency
• Execute other general administrative tasks assigned by the supervisor

Entry Requirements:

• Second 5 or above, with 1 year of work experience
• Able to speak fluent Chinese and understand a little English
• Understand basic Chinese and English computer operations, Chinese and English typing

Working hours:

Monday to Friday: 9:00-18:00 (Sunday off)

Saturday (Saturday long-short week) : 9:00-13:30/13:30-18:00

Salary: Monthly $13,000
