Intern Property Consultant

Job Responsibilities<br><ul><li>Assist branch colleagues and teams in customer contact, provide after-sales service, and build good customer relationships</li><li>Learn and master real estate agency professional knowledge, including property buying and selling process, contract filling and related legal provisions</li><li>Participate in the buying and selling and leasing of residential and commercial properties, providing professional consultation and matching services to customers</li><li>After obtaining a salesperson or real estate broker license, independently handle the property transaction process, coordinate the buyer and seller to complete the transaction</li><li>Regularly update market information, understand real estate dynamics, and enhance business acumen and professional judgment</li></ul><br>Work requirements<br><ul><li>Have secondary five, domestic high school or equivalent academic qualifications, welcome fresh graduates, career changers, housewives, new immigrants and peers to join</li><li></li><li>Must actively study and obtain real estate agency-related licenses (company support provided), and only after obtaining a license can you engage in formal transaction work</li><li>Have good communication skills, proactive, and willing to learn real estate industry knowledge and practical operations</li><li>Able to adapt to shift work arrangements, working six days a week, six hours a day, with shifts covering 9:30 am to 8:30 pm</li></ul>
