Full responsibility for the company's IPO, bond issuance, syndicated loans, and M&A financing, ensuring that the transaction structure is reasonable and the execution is smooth.
Establish and maintain long-term cooperative relationships with global institutional investors, securities analysts and credit rating agencies, and enhance the company's transparency and reputation in the capital market.
Regularly organize roadshows, investor meetings and earnings release conferences, accurately communicate the company's strategic direction, financial performance and future growth potential, and enhance market confidence.
Manage global cash pools and cross-border cash flows, optimize capital structure and overall funding costs, and improve funding efficiency.
Design and implement exchange rate and interest rate risk management strategies, effectively hedge the potential risks brought by financial market fluctuations, and ensure the company's financial stability.
Ensure company liquidity safety, support business expansion, strategic investment and major operating needs.
Participate in M&A, joint ventures and strategic cooperation projects, conduct financial evaluation, transaction structure design and financing arrangements, and provide professional decision support.
Assist the CEO and the board of directors in making major investment decisions, providing financial modeling, valuation analysis and risk assessment support.
Lead the financial and investment team, continuously improve the team's professional ability, collaboration efficiency and execution ability.
Ensure all financing activities comply with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, Chinese regulatory agencies and international regulatory requirements (such as SEC, IFRS), and strictly abide by the compliance bottom line.
Bachelor's degree or above in finance, economics, or related fields from a well-known university; those with CPA, CFA qualifications or MBA degrees are given priority.
Have at least 10 years of work experience, with at least 5 years of experience in senior corporate finance or core funding positions, those who have served as CFO or equivalent positions are preferred.
With rich experience in Hong Kong and international capital markets, I have successfully led IPOs, bond issuance, syndicated loans or large-scale structured financing projects.
Familiarity with the operation modes of industries such as technology, finance, energy or with cross-border business background is particularly desirable.
Have excellent financing negotiation skills and investor relations management ability, and be able to independently cope with complex communication scenarios.
Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) and English, with excellent written and oral communication skills, able to handle a multicultural work environment.
