Job Responsibilities
• Collaborate to promote a B2B and B2C one-stop human resources platform, enhance market recognition and user growth
• Provide hands-on support to help customers painlessly transition to the MPFA/EMPF management platform, providing operation instructions + technical assistance
• Help business customers and individual customers to re-examine asset allocation and risk planning, and give practical professional advice
• Work closely with internal product and sales teams, collect customer feedback, and continuously optimize platform features and service processes
• Participate in business expansion activities, assist the sales team to achieve their goals, and build long-term trust relationships with them. Job Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in business administration/finance/marketing/human resources, is preferred
• 1-3 years of customer service, customer success or related experience (outstanding graduates will also be considered)
• Familiar with human resources processes, MPF, financial planning or the insurance industry
• Excellent Chinese and English communication and writing skills, able to independently write professional reports and give presentations
• After 3 to 6 months of employment, you can independently be responsible for key customer groups, and your sense of accomplishment will be overwhelming
• Work closely with the product team, and your suggestions are likely to become new features directly
Responsibilities

• Work closely with product and sales teams, gather client feedback, and continuously improve platform features and service flow
• Join business development activities, support the sales team in hitting targets, and build long-term trusted relationships Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or above; majors in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, HR or related fields preferred • 1-3 years of experience in customer success, client servicing, or related roles (outstanding fresh graduates will also be considered)
• Knowledge of HR processes, MPF, financial planning, or insurance industry is a big plus
• Excellent spoken and written English & Chinese; able to write professional reports and deliver presentations independently
